It had been exactly 24 hours since my sister woke up after being turned into a vampire. Casimir basically kicked us all out of the hospital room, with my sister just laughing. Sebastian took me back to his guest room, and we just laid down together. We talked about everything and anything we could think of. I learned so many things about my mate that I didn't know before, like how he felt like he didn't know if he would make a good King over his people. I thought that was the stupidest thing I had ever heard of. I felt it within my soul that he was going to make an amazing King. With me by his side, we will tackle this together. I will help him pick up the pieces. It feels weird to think about, but I feel like a new me is here.
