I woke up as she slipped off, and I listened to her steps recede to the bathroom. I turned to look at the door after hearing the soft click as she closed it slowly and quietly doing her best to not wake me. I sighed, then got up to get a change of sheets and blankets out of the closet. I was fighting with the sheets when she got out of the room still naked. She stops in her tracks as she sees me. "Oh, you're awake. And in pants." Her tone had a hint of disappointment in it, putting a smile on my face. I paused my task to walk towards her. I wrapped my arms around her.
