Zoe’s POV
I woke up in the arms of my mate, seeing him sleeping peacefully I sighed in content. Yesterday night was a bliss for me, for once I actually felt the warmth and connection with my mate.
I was afraid of getting intimate with my mate though and while I was getting ready yesterday, I kept thinking about the night which was probable that we might end up in his apartment and likely on his bed.
After experiencing the betrayal from Daniel and immediate refusal from Cameron for accepting our mate bond, I was torn and it was too risky decision and step for me which I daringly planned to take. Being close to my mate bring a strong wave of connection through our mate bond and Lily was glad to be around her mate.
The yearning of being intimate to my mate was finally fulfilled yesterday
