Alice’s surgery was scheduled for today, almost every staff of the department was alert since the morning. Blake and Zoe were running the pre surgery test to ensure her vitals and other levels are on normal before she should be taken to the surgery.
The environment was tensed, although Zoe was determined to succeed in this surgery but she knew the fact that it was very critical, due to consumption of wolf bane in huge quantity had affected her internal system badly. Even it was not one time, she was being provided the same and sometimes high quantity during her meal, her wolf had fought to release down the effect of wolf bane from her body but due to daily dose it become impossible for her to protect her immune system and other internal organs.
