Zoe’s POV
I advised my brothers to go after Blake and see about the condition of mom, and that I will talk with Cameron about the matter. They emphasized me to not go with me and I assured them that I will be at home waiting for their return with mom.
Once, they were satisfied with my continuous assurance they left warning Cameron to not force anything upon me and stay away from their sister. In a few minutes I heard the car engine roaring, which means me and Cameron were alone in the house. I exhaled a weary sigh and slump down on the couch, tears streaming down on my cheeks, closing my eyes I was letting all the pain to wash out through tears. It was heart wrenching to see my own mom not trusting me or believing me.
