I tried to reach Kaelan through the mind link but I couldn't connect with him. He must be out of the pack. I needed to eat so badly but I didn't want Maria and Ava handling my food right now.
The next option I had was to buy take out food. I knew a canteen close to the bar where I once worked and their food was good. So I decided to go get some food before the sun gets hotter.
