When I got deep into the forest, I slowed my speed. Crescent moon was far behind me and there was no need for me to continue running.
The wind was cold but I wasn't affected by it. Every part of me felt numb and I didn't care what the weather was doing to my body.
I walked with caution, and paid keen attention to my environment. I know I'm a wolf and we are usually not afraid of other animals but I was alone with no one to defend me.
