My anxiety began to ease as I sat down at the local cafe to have a quick bite of food. It hadn't dawned on me until now how much of a toll Sienna's condition was taking on me. She was my only priority, as she should be. Regardless, it was apparent that I had let go of myself. I'm normally a big eater, eating a minimum of three meals a day as well as snacks throughout.
