Asher explained to me what had happened that caused him to take a sudden trip. I wasn't upset that he wasn't working on interrogating Elanora. I knew she was a tough case, and may never end up breaking. This is why I had already begun looking for alternate ways to try and track down Silvio.
I was caught off guard when Ash made the connection to me being the Huntress. I was worried that someone else may be able to figure it out. But Ash explained that my identity was safe. If anything, having Ash on my side may prove to be beneficial. As he would be able to help protect my identity by providing an alibi. The more I thought about it, the more sense it made.
