Just as Jace was about to hit me with the final blow, the one thing I never thought I'd hear, makes everything come to a standstill.
"NO! ASHER!" Sienna screams out stopping everything.
Immediately, Jace lowers the cane and turns around to look at Sienna. To see that she somehow had managed to fall out of the bed and was trying to crawl her way towards me. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
Jace seems just as surprised as he drops the cane, not expecting Sienna to try and get out of bed. I knew this plan was bad. But I hadn't expected it to work. I was only informed about what was happening when the twins cornered me in the elevator. They stopped the elevator from leaving and told me about Jace's plan. He hadn't run his plan by anyone other than the twins. Zander e
