CANDICE
The chirping sound from the birds came in, making me slowly open my eyes. I yawned and touched the side of the bed where Blake is sleeping, but he's not there. I woke up without him by my side. I pulled the blanket to cover my naked body, and I saw him with his eyeglasses on, shirtless, and staring outside our room.
"I didn't know you wore eyeglasses," I said. He turned his head towards me and smiled.
