"Alpha, the Luna is gone!" Alice said, while panicking, that she barged into Blake's office and looked around. With her hands, she fanned herself. She looked all over the house for Candice, but she couldn't find her.
"What!? How did that happen!?" Blake yelled and suddenly stood up. He was in the office with his beta to talk about the pack and finish some documents. They are officially turning over Thanatos' case to the council.
It's been a month now, and they are already back in the Blue Moon pack, celebrating the good news of Candice's pregnancy. Blake has become overprotective of Candice because of her state. He wanted to be with her all the time, but he has a responsibility: to manage the pack as an Alpha.
"Did you check on her in our room, the garden, and the kitchen?" Blake asked.
