(Nero POV)
I groaned and opened my eyes, hearing the continuous banging sound.
"Urgh," I cursed, but paused as I felt someone snuggle close to me. A smile made its way to my face as I kissed the top of my mate's head.
She looked so peaceful and relaxed sleeping. Her hands were tightly wrapped around me as if I had to run away.
"Your majesty, please open the door! Why did you lock it?! Are you OK? Please answer", Melissa's voice rose. It was then that my eyes fell on the clock.
It was 6 in the morning.
"Lucy... Luciana, wake up. It's morning."
She groaned in response and buried her head deeper into my chest. "5 more minutes"
"As much as I want to give you, if you don't open the door she will kick it open. I need to get out before that."
