"Isn't it a great idea to lose the cape?" Nero asked as I chuckled and shook my head.
"No"
"What about the corset vest?"
"Still no"
"Can I at least loosen it up? I swear I will die from lack of oxygen"
Ever since he wore his costume, he had been feeling uncomfortable. He was complaining about how flashy he felt and how warm it was under the layered suit.
I agree that the dress is a bit too extravagant but I am confident that we will be the simplest ones there. My mother's family is known for their over-fashioned culture and everyone who attends the party tries to mark up to that point.
"You look handsome in that dress. Remember Melissa is in the other carriage. She will freak out if she sees you alter the suit she set up for you" I chuckled, making him groan.
