"Your majesty drinks so elegantly" Alison commented, making me pause midway.
"Thank you" I smiled uncomfortably. I didn't know what to say. It was the first time someone commented on how I drink tea.
"I heard the royals have vigorous ethics training when they are young. But then again, your life is really luxurious, right?"
"Alison, that is enough", Nero whispered, making her pout.
"I was just curious" she replied as Melissa, who stood next to me, made a tsk sound. It was obvious how much she hated her.
"Lady Alison, I hope I am not overstepping while asking this, but what do you plan to do if you receive your freedom?" I asked as she looked up at me.
"Well...." she paused for a moment and something told me I had dug my own grave."I have lived here for some years now
