“Marry me?” he said suddenly
Surely I heard that wrong right? He never just asked me to marry him?
“W…w..what did you just say?” I stuttered out
He stepped into me, his eyes not leaving mine as he placed his hands on my hips
“I said marry me Avalon.” He whispered
“That is a cruel thing to say when you don’t mean it.” I hissed, going to pull away from him
Why would he do something that cruel? Cause he sure doesn’t mean it. He made it clear he never wants to get married or have kids.
