Tessa Pov I was placed in a room alone, and stared at it with mixed emotions. The witch was ordered to keep the chains on my wrists, but they weren’t connected to each other anymore. It was more like I was wearing metal bracelets that I couldn’t remove, that were slowly draining me and making it impossible for me to feel completely level-headed. I couldn’t feel my bunny either, even if I did want to shift, but my animal wasn’t really the best for kidnapped situations.
