I woke up to an empty bed, and while I wished she’d stayed, I knew she was an early riser and it didn’t really bother me. It’s been a couple of weeks since the day we started being honest with each other and I don’t think I’ve ever been happier than I am now. Knowing she loves me, that she accepts me despite everything I’ve done to her. I can’t pretend I wasn’t upset with myself for how everything started, but the way it ended, our happy ending.
