Alpha Zack’s POV  “How the f**k could this happen?” Ben mutters pacing the stone corridor outside Eli’s cell. “What were you doing you big meathead? Don’t you know how to guard a f*****g prisoner!?” he directs at my warrior who instantly squares up against him, ready for a fight.  “Enough, the both of you!” I order loudly. “It’s my fault, I told him to take a break from his post.” I add, kicking myself for my colossal f**k up.  “Aw well that’s just great Zack! I go to the trouble of getting you a bargaining chip and you go ahead and let the asshole kill himself!” he continues, looking at me in disbelief.  I look back at Eli’s lifeless body and can’t deny that Ben is right.
