Letting out a long breath, I stood at the door of my house, as my darling Joanne ran the lint remover over my uniform one more time. I think she is more nervous about my new job than I am. It had been six weeks since Wayne’s funeral, and Twinkles ‘Mrs’ was arrested, and charged, then subsequently remanded in custody for conspiracy to murder, along with a whole lot of other charges.
