Erika's Point of View
Today I had only two classes at the college hence, I got the rest of the day to myself. Sameen and Isaiah offered me to hang out with them but I didn't give into the temptations because I knew that I had a lot of Beta work waiting for me at home.
It was afternoon when I pulled off in Miles' driveway and entered the house. As soon as I entered the house, I found MJ in the living room, laying on the couch and working on his laptop. His presence at this time in the house is quite unusual because he should be at college and as far as I know, he never misses class. Never.
"What are you doing here?" I ask claiming his attention. He looks up from his laptop and nods at me in acknowledgment.
"Stalki...I mean, doing homework." He corrects himself looking back at his laptop
