Why does everyone keep telling me that I did a spell on Danian, and that’s why he fell on me? I questioned myself. I was sitting on the riverbank, wiping my tears. I never thought that Selene would say something like that. I came here hiding from everyone to stay some time alone.
Selene was unconscious; I felt pity for her. She was too small to lose her mate, I was glad that she got Asher as her new mate, but I am not sure how long it will take to accept him. Asher was worried about her being unconscious from time to time. The trauma she was going through was tough to digest.
