Zander's friends were loud. She realised as soon as they sat down to have drinks. It felt like she was seeing a different side of his personality. He was more reserved with them compared to the friends back home. His smile was tight as others tried to dig into his life. He didn't hate them per se but kept his distance.
The first few minutes she was absolutely lost, her mouth parted in surprise as she came across few celebrities. Even though her own friend was a celebrity stylist Sanaah couldn't help but feel starstruck.
"You know these people?" She questioned, tugging at Zander's arm. Why did he not tell her? Then the thing he told her back in the truck about meeting Louis, her favourite singer might be true as well. The thought made her feel dizzy.
