"A date huh" she said as she looked at her watch. They were supposed to leave but he had just informed her that Dave was on his way to talk to them.
She didn't understand why they had to wait for him right there, they could just talk on the phone with him or better yet talk at home.
But she kept her thoughts to herself. She had already nagged enough, he hadn't listened to her when she said she didn't want a new pair of shoes. Nor did he listen when she said she didn't want a day off at work.
