Charles ran to me the moment I got out of the elevator.
“What’s wrong?
Is everything okay?” I asked him because he had this look in his eyes.
Maxim also looked at me, he followed behind us and headed to my office.
I got inside and found a woman sitting on the chair, but I couldn’t see her face.
The perfume was just too much.
I could only see her hair, “Who are you?” I asked her.
She turned around and her eyes landed on me.
“Hello, my beautiful daughter,” she said to me.
