Flashback:
“You have met my entire family, but there is someone left for you to meet,” Kate said.
“Who?” I asked her and then she smiled.
“Go to the hospital,” she said and then put in the address on my GPS.
I drove to the hospital and followed her inside when we got there.
She led me to a hospital room and opened the door.
I found her older sister inside sitting on a chair holding a man’s hand.
I am guessing this is Shawn, she told me about her sister’s husband.
“This is Shawn, my husband,” Katherine said.
From what I was told he has been stuck in a coma for about a year and a half now.
