Irene sat on the couch watching TV so that she could stay awake. Brenden called thirty minutes prior to let her know he had a few more patients to see before he could leave, but he promised he was still coming over. She spent a good amount of time thinking about him during the code… about how sexy it was when he took charge, and that helped pass the time.
