Chapter Fifty-Four
Lover stood up, stripping off his sleep pants and Demon leaned back. Letting Lover pull me up from the couch, my legs shook but he picked me up into his arms.
“Come on, I told you I’d be claiming you properly and making you scream my name.” I could see the outline of his grin in the darkness. The way his sharpened teeth shone in the darkness had my heart racing. A primal part of my brain told me –warned me that I was in danger but I couldn’t bring myself to care.
Lover laid me on the bed and I crawled back until my head hit the pillow. He followed after me, crawling over my body until his face was even with mine.
