The following day, I immediately rushed into the pack clinic and searched for Luke. When I found him, it immediately dawned onto me that I could have just mindlinked the man to save myself the trouble of looking for him.
"Alpha." he greeted once he noticed me.
"Luke, I need to ask you something." I said.
"You could have just mindlinked me, sir." he chuckled.
"I know, I know. It slipped my mind. I only thought of the mindlink thing just now." I said.
"Woah, it must be serious. Have a seat." he said as he gestured on one of the chairs.
"Look." I started as I took a seat. "I completely lost it last night with Angel, and I accidentally came inside. As much as I want pups, I don't think she's ready for that yet. I'm just here to explore my options."
