Chris and I both skipped school the next day, choosing instead to visit James. The news about Daniel and the showdown last night had somehow reached the ears of just about everybody. I was being treated like a celebrity at school, and I only hoped it would die down and some other news would become the spotlight. To make matters worse, Cameryn was now back at school, and she was angrier than ever. One, she was pissed off at me for getting her in that much trouble, and two, she also was angry at me for James breaking up with her. It technically was my fault that he did, but no one knew that except for me and James, and a select few others.
