The following day Bianca and I, Deacon and his warriors, the witches, and Demetri all go in different directions to see if the other towns around us are also suffering. In a crisis like this, we will have to liberate the small towns and cities around us as the harmful elements will take control and rule. They are always waiting for something terrible to happen so that they can take over when the people and other creatures are at their weakest.
