Winter Hart
It has been a busy few weeks now. Jake and the team won the first round of the playoffs and are moving on to round two. If they make it to the cup, there could be another two to three months of hockey. Entering my fifteenth week, I was busier than ever with training Sydney plus coaching our team. Then I was traveling with Jake. He didn't want me home alone. I understand, but with my shoulder healing, I had physical therapy to do. I was less worried about playing hockey again and more about holding my baby. I didn't want my shoulder to give out when I had our child in my arms.
When the meeting Sydney and I were sitting in was over, I rushed out. Looking at my phone, Jake should still be there after his practice. It's been hard to spend any time together.
