Matthew POV
Before we left the pack clinic, I made sure to let all of the other nurses know that the four of us wouldn't be available the next day, and not to bother us unless there was a true emergency. I wanted to ensure that Bethany and James Jr. were able to be at their father's memorial service, and not have the stress of work on their minds.
The first thing we did after we left the clinic was go to the Alpha's office. Within seconds of me knocking on his office door, I heard him say, "Enter." As soon as we stepped in, he cheerfully greeted, "Hello. What can I do for the two of you?"
Bethany and I both sat down on the chairs directly in front of his desk, then I informed him, "Bethany and I, along with Courtney and James need to visit the Silver Moon Pack tomorrow.
