I was so relieved when I got home and saw Bethany was out of bed and smiling. James Jr. and the new CT scan were both nice distractions, but I still had Bethany in the back of my mind the whole time I was at the clinic.
We spent the afternoon snuggling together on the loveseat. It was nice to have the down time with her, considering how hectic everything had been since she arrived. While we were snuggling, Bethany informed me, "I want you to do an ultrasound tomorrow?"
I was quick to respond, "Okay, tesoro. Is there something you are worried about?"
"I have been under so much stress, I just want to make sure everything is okay with the pup," she anxiously replied.
