Tracy waited for Nathan all through the night but he didn’t show up and she ended up failing asleep on the floor near her door where she had hoped he would come knocking so that she could hear him. Waking up in the morning with a fright, she jumped up and opened the door. Rushing outside, his car wasn’t there anymore and she glanced at his house immediately but it wasn’t there as well. By the saloon car in the driveway, she knew Lucy was back and knew she would come looking for her soon. She rushed back into the house and up to her room to clear the used tissues and also take a shower. The last thing she wants was Lucy asking her what happened.
By evening, Nathan was still not back and Lucy had left for work because she was working night shift. Alone again, the incident of last night came
