As the monstrous Nightcrawlers descend upon us as if they were moths drawn to a flickering flame, the repulsive smoke hanging over the broken bones of the decapitated City continues to grow, smothering the streets just below as if it were an all-consuming blanket forged from the pits of hell itself. The ghastly fumes seep around us as the raging storm above churns the deadly concoction relentlessly; pushing bursts of toxins and iron towards us, allowing the unwelcomed putrid scents to climb their way up my nostrils before rolling down chokingly into my lungs, inhabiting their entirety while I hold back the urge to splutter in discomfort.
