No matter where one goes, either in the real human world or here in the wolves world, it was always difficult to deal with others. Everyone was complicated in one way or the other. If I had refused to attend the hunting party, I would be offending Alpha Thor, it was not as if I was afraid of him, he was among the least of the people who could bother me. But, it was unnecessary to make enemies with someone over what could have been avoided.
However, finding out that Amanda lives with Rick in the same pack where I had been invited to, was such a perfect avenue for me to get close to her and bring her back with me hopefully.
