When something that has an effect on a person's emotion happens, a day could feel like months, and months could feel like a few days.
I was now a calm woman even more than before. Enjoying simple things and making the most use of every day as I carried myself about calmly and elegantly.
A couple of days had gone by and felt like it was a month already. I was not emotionally empty, but I was not full either, I was just floating around, but maintaining strength for the sake of Timothy and Sarah. I had to be strong for them, they must not see me breaking down.
