I watched Atticus playing in the park with other kids. He looked happy. In two days, he would be turning seven. If there was one thing I ever got right in my life, then it was him. I would kill someone if ever did something wrong to my baby.
“They ran out of gummy bears,” Ray joined me, frowning.
“You are spoiling him too much, Ray,” I pointed out, trying not to roll my eyes.
