She left. Channel really just dumped me. I chuckled under my breath, hating the tiny squeeze in my heart. Why am I the one hurting for what she did? Why did she get to walk like that and why the hell did I let her? Why am I the one staring at the ceiling at three in the morning and not having the courage to actually bring that beer bottle to my lips? I should get off my couch, celebrating that she was no longer with me, and take the chance to freely get Cynthia. So then why doesn’t the thought of finally being with Cynthia excite me as it should?
