CHAPTER SIXTY-EIGHT Dinner was served in what was a one long table, seats on either side and sort of reminded me of every medieval movie I ever watched. My husband sat beside me and directly in front of me was Benoit much to my dismay. Several times, I’d felt his eyes on me, it was almost as though he wanted me to look up but I never, not once gave into the temptation. El sat on my side, two men in between us.
