I jumped off the couch and realised I was still naked from the waist down.
“What’s going on?” I pushed him and his eyes fell to my legs.
“Get some clothes on.” He clenched his jaw. “Preeda is at the main gate. She’s got some injured hunters with her. Caleb attacked your club. I’ll go and get them. You get the doctors to get some rooms ready.”
I knew what he was doing, he was trying to keep me here, but if it meant the hunters got faster medical care I’d stay and help the doctors get ready.
I narrowed my eyes. “I’m only staying here to help the doctors prep. You won’t keep me out of things. Me and these twins.”
