"Jemima, you're having that look again. What happened now?" Noah said when he noticed I suddenly kept mute.
I completely ignored him and was still staring at Maeve and Jared. They were coming into the restaurant. I was about bringing out my phone to record them when Noah called my name again.
"Jemima!" He said slightly raising his voice.
"Yes." I came back to reality.
"What wrong with you? You just went off. Your face has turned pale. Whose are those people you were staring at? Do you know them?" He asked looking at Maeve and Jared as they entered the restaurant.
