"Have you... Have you ended the call?" Maeve said shakily, not wanting to say what will implicate her.
Tamara looked at the phone screen. "Seems that the woman ended it."
"That silly girl has always been very smart. She has finally succeeded in escaping." Maeve hissed.
"Let's not be certain, Mother. What if she was kidn*pped?"
"Who will want to do that? That's not possible. I'm the only one who knows that she is in New Jersey, and that's because I sent her there."
