Several months have passed and Logan has been shut off since Gerald died. He would laugh and converse with us but it all felt empty. I wouldn't blame him. He was really close with Gerald. We were doing everything that we could to find out who was behind that. But despite that, our efforts were in vain. Today, I was meeting with Jace to get an update about their search. As if on cue, Jace had knocked on my door. I called him to come in.
"Alpha, we have news." he said as he came in.
"Any leads?" I asked.
"No, sir. But we did find something interesting and we thought that it could be connected with the death of his parents." he explained.
"How did it even end up like that?" I demanded.
"Well, we were interviewing people and it just kind of connected the dots. What do we do, Alpha?" h
