It’s always this hill. I noticed that, with this family. Falyn liked to go down the hill and up the cliff overlooking the sea, and I had a feeling her brother did as well, when he was here. I felt like I already knew who Sage was, based on everything I’ve heard over the past month and a few weeks I’ve been here. Everyone talked about him as if he had just stepped out of the room, instead of moving to a whole new dimension apparently five years ago, and it made me wonder how everyone back in my old dimension was doing without me. Were they talking about me? Were they worried? Did they…notice? No, that’s stupid. I know they noticed, I know Colette and Axel noticed. They would notice if I was gone…just like any parent would.
