She pouted, unable to refute him. Jared sighed, “Don’t do that, unless you want me to kiss you in public. You’re not a child anymore.”
She rolled her eyes at him. “Only kids can pout?”
“Do I kiss you or not?”
“No! Don’t you dare.”
“What are you embarrassed about? Everyone already knows we’re mates. They probably assumed that we’ve mated a long time ago.”
Polly sighed. He’s too insistent, isn’t he? “Maybe a peck? Nothing over the top!”

“What are you planning to do later? You don’t have a plan yet, do you?”
“There’s plenty I can make them do for training.”
“I’m going to join them. I’m still a trainee. If they spar against you, can I join them now?”
