I watched from a distance as Mark and Shaylene embraced each other in a hug. I should've known that he would betray us eventually. The moment he stood up for her in Jack's office a few weeks ago I should have felt that something was wrong. The sight of them disgusts me. I can't believe them. They act as if nothing bad has happened between them.
To say I was shocked when she showed up here was an understatement. I was even more surprised to hear that she was the one who organised this event. I didn't expect Mark to make use of his daughters services. I felt my blood boil when he mentioned that she will be organising all of the company's events from now on. I sure as hell don't approve of it but I have no say in it so I should just keep my mouth shut.
