Aria woke up the next morning and the events of what happened the night before came back to her. She recalled how the others got injured and were rescued by her thunder. And when she realized that Zander wasn’t next to her, she immediately climbed out of bed and went out of the tent.
She began looking around the camp, asking the other dragon warriors for her mate. And when none of them can tell her, she finally saw her brother Amaro and she went to ask him.
“Amaro, have you seen Zander?” she asked.
