The last thing I remembered after shifting back to my human form was the sight of Damon approaching me. It was truly something to see Damon, and my pain-addled mind couldn’t quite figure out what the hell he was doing there.
Then I passed out.
I did wake up a few times, but I was so out of it that I had no idea what was going on.
My dreams were filled with memories of what Axel had done to my brother. My poor brother is lying there.
